it is a story about a little girl, Sophie, and a giant, BFG. BFG is the short form of ''Big Friendly Griant''. the story telling us about ''anti-war'' and ''humanism''. there are ten giants lived in Giant country. their names show me what part of humanbody they eat. such as ''bloodbottler, gizzardgulper'' they're all eating human except the BFG. his responsibility is sending dreams to people. one night, when he was doing this work. he found that a little girl discovered him, a giant. so he picked her away to the giant country. i can find some meaningful sentenses in thier conversation. BFG told Sophie giants never hurt giants. there are no animals would hurt themselves, only human. only human would killed human, they always declare war, gun shootting and throwing bombs. he was describing the picture of wars. it is absolutely true???? Do any animals not attack themselves??? i m not really sure. but i agree this point of BFG. only human would outbreak a war to achieve thieir selfish purpose. they always ignore the commoners' wishes. the government values the authorities instead of the masses. i feel sorry and helpless about that. are there another Simon Li??? HAH. return to the story. when Sophie feel cruel about the humaneating giants. BFG also ask a question. ''the piggy always asks, i never do harmful things to the human, but why do they eat me????'' that's a good question!!! to be continue tmr. the next topic is about Darwinism. |
